Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 NANETS Multidisciplinary NET Medical Symposium, taking place November 5–7, 2026, at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Please review the information below before completing your registration.

Registration Information
  • Select the registration category that best reflects your current professional status.
  • NANETS members must be logged into their member account to receive member registration rates.
  • Registration fees are based on the current registration period (Early, Standard, or Late) and will be applied automatically.
Hotel Accommodations

The 2026 NANETS Symposium will take place at:

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa
221 North Rampart Boulevard
Las Vegas, NV 89145

The NANETS room block closed on Monday, October 5, 2026, and the hotel is sold out over the Symposium dates.

If you still need accommodations, please book independently at a nearby hotel. Consider hotels in and around Summerlin for the closest options to the JW Marriott.

NANETS does not have additional affiliated room blocks or negotiated discounted rates. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Symposium.

Payment Options

Credit card payment is accepted during online registration. If you prefer to pay by check, select Pay Later during checkout. Payment instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Registration Confirmation

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and payment receipt (if applicable). Please retain this email for your records.

Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted in writing to staff@nanets.net.

  • On or before Friday, September 11, 2026: Full refund.
  • September 12 through Friday, October 2, 2026: Refund less a $125 administrative processing fee.
  • After Friday, October 2, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
