5.png Your health and safety are our first priority.

We can't wait to gather in person this fall, and the health and safety of everyone who attends is our top priority. NANETS wants you to be assured that the 2022 Multidisciplinary NET Medical Symposium will be held in a safe and clean environment. We want you to feel completely confident about your decision to join us. We’re carefully tracking all of the latest health and safety guidance for large group gatherings from the CDC, the D.C. Department of Health, and the JW Marriott Washington D.C., as they work with suppliers in environmental services, health and safety technology upgrades, food & beverage, and other services.

See the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS) 2022 Health Protocols below. Stay tuned to this page for the latest updates on our COVID-19 health planning and policies.

North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society 2022 Health Protocols

NANETS is actively tracking emerging news regarding COVID-19 and its variants. We will continue to monitor guidelines for health and safety measures as recommended by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Washington, D.C. NANETS will follow applicable federal, state and local laws, adapting our plans accordingly. Any change in protocols will be communicated via the NANETS Symposium Website and to registrants.

7.png Vaccination Policy:

All attendees of the 2022 Multidisciplinary NET Medical Symposium must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time of the live Symposium. “Fully vaccinated” means either two weeks have passed since receiving the second dose of an FDA- or WHO-authorized double-dose COVID-19 vaccine or two weeks have passed since receiving the one dose of an FDA- or WHO-authorized single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

If you will not be fully vaccinated by the time of the Meeting and are registered for the in-person meeting, you will have access to a digital library of the sessions post-event. No refund will be offered unless you cancel according to the written cancellation policy.

If you cannot or choose not to comply with NANETS health protocols, or if you are unable to come to Washington D.C., please follow the website for updates on the availability of session recordings and the purchase of access to a digital library post-event.
