Taymeyah Al-Toubah is an oncology clinical researcher and first-year medical student in Rome, Italy. With over 12 years of experience in neuroendocrine tumor (NET) research, clinical trial leadership, and translational science, she serves on the Board of Directors for the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS) and contributes to its Continuing Education, Mentoring, and Symposium Planning Committees.

Recognized by NANETS for her contributions to clinical research and education, Taymeyah has co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and has presented her work internationally through numerous oral and poster presentations. She is deeply committed to mentoring students and early-career professionals pursuing research in oncology.

Outside of her academic and research activities, Taymeyah volunteers with the Children’s Cancer Center of Tampa and serves on the Medical Advisory Committee for the FLaNET Carcinoid Community, where she previously held the role of Treasurer. Through her dedication to research, education, and advocacy, she strives to bridge scientific progress with compassion and patient-centered care in neuroendocrine oncology.
