Throughout the year, NANETS announces calls for topics, submissions, programming materials, nominations, and other requests. To make this information more readily available to our members and constituents,general calendar will be:

February/March: Guidelines Survey on Topic Prioritization

March-July: Time varies - Call for applications for Grants, Abstracts & Posters

April/May: Awards Nominations

April/May/June: Call for BOD nominations

Aug/Sept: Budget requests for next fiscal year submitted to Finance Committee (Committee Chairs only - SIGs submit through Diversity & Membership Committee)

Sept/Oct: Joint call for Topics for Podcasts/Webinars

November/December: Symposium Call for Topics

Fall: Annual Membership Survey and Call for Volunteers to join committees

Year-Round: Regional Conference hosts are welcome to contact Continuing Education Committee, usually determine next year by mid-year (June/July)

Year-Round: Issues around patient barriers to care, public policy can be brought to NETPact Committee
